Just messing around doing twirlies in the snow. Yaya and I having a bit of fun.

Sorry, we didn’t take any other footage. I’ll try and get other stuff next time.

Had such a wonderful time at Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. The weather was beautiful. Sunny, but not slushy. Scored at the Marina Resort, our view was overlooking Big Bear Lake and was gorgeous. Can’t wait till I can return back to the place I love.

Oh, how i miss it up here.

Just purchased the Nike Free Run+2 shoes.
Interesting back story:
After learning that Stanford athletes had been training barefoot on the university’s golf course, three of Nike’s most innovative and creative employees set out to develop a shoe that felt natural and weightless, just like bare feet. In 2002, they examined a group of men and women with pressure-measuring insoles taped to their feet, using high-speed cameras to capture images of each foot in motion.
The team spent eight years studying the biomechanics of shoeless running. The results yielded a profound understanding of the foot’s natural landing angle, pressure and toe position, allowing Nike designers to build an unconventional and flexible running shoe from the inside out.

Had friends gather to remember the life of Jeanette Calvin. Richard was on the bagpipes, Kevin on the Irish harp and Terry on the guitar. You will be missed.
